Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately. Please send a photo and details of product fault or damage to firstname.lastname@example.org to assist us in reducing future occurrences. Credits or replacements can be arranged for damaged or faulty goods on a case by case basis as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Once a return is approved we will arrange a pick-up where possible. In the event of minor damage to furniture (eg small dent or scratch) Enterprise Living reserves the right to have the furniture repaired to original condition where appropriate and viable. Please note that the majority of Enterprise Living's products are made from natural materials which gives them a unique look and feel. Naturally occurring variances in the product such as wood knots, minor cracks in timber and colour variations are part of the character of the product and are not deemed as product faults.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
The Company will not accept return of goods for credit unless prior arrangements have been made. Credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned item and are happy with its condition.
Enterprise Living will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where. The product is faulty or is not of reasonable accepted quality. Cancellations of orders paid by Credit Card.
